Returns, Exchanges and Warranty

Last updated: October 24, 2026

We make furniture to last, and we want you to feel certain before you order. This page explains your return, exchange and warranty rights under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, and how we apply them to in-stock pieces, made-to-order pieces and Lamma designs.

Nothing here takes away any right the law gives you. Where the law gives us a choice, we tell you our position plainly.

What the warranty covers and what it does not

The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials: a connector that loosens by itself, a crack in a board not caused by use, a finish that peels, a drawer that does not slide, a board that is not level on delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

If a defect is covered, we bear the cost of repair, parts and transport. If inspection shows the cause is not covered, we tell you so and give you a quotation for the repair before any work is done.

How to request a return or a warranty repair

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may approach the Consumer Protection Agency.
